- Will I need an account to make a purchase?
No, you will not need to sign up for an account to make purchases with us.
However, for ease of purchase and future transactions, you are advised to create an account.
- How do I become a Franson Member?
You can attain Lifetime Franson Member just by spending $100. This can be in a single receipt or you can accumulate your receipts. You’ll get 3 dollarpoints in your account as well as a $5 e-voucher. Just click here to sign up as a Franson Member.
- I am a Franson Member. Can I redeem my points for my online purchases?
Yes you may use your dollarpoints for the online store.
- Check how many points you have left in your account, you can do so in the retail stores or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your details.
- Email us at email@example.com how many points you would like to offset for your purchase.
- You will then receive an email from us stating an e-code that you may enter when you check out.
- If I am a member, do I still get to accumulate my points from online purchases?
As a Franson Member, you can still accumulate your dollarpoints. Kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your transaction/receipt number and we will help credit your dollarpoints.
- Do the same membership benefits and discounts apply for the online store?
This does not apply to the online store. You will, however, enjoy these member privileges in our Black Hammer retail stores.
- How do I make payment?
We accept payment via STRIPE ; all major debit and credit cards.
- Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming?
Orders cannot be cancelled upon confirmation. Please ensure that you have selected the correct item(s) in correct sizes/colours before checking out. Black Hammer will not be liable in the event that the wrong sizes/colours are selected or if duplicate orders are placed.
Kindly make sure that the complete and correct address is stated because incomplete/incorrect address may result in delayed delivery or a loss in package.
- Delivery Charges
We highly recommend that you opt for express shipping to prevent lost parcels as all registered parcels can be tracked via Qxpress. We will not be liable for any parcels lost by using normal postage.
Currently, Black Hammer only offers these modes of delivery.
SingPost (Normal Mail): $2.50 per package for normal mail
Qxpress: $5 per item for express shipping
Complimentary Qxpress shipping is offered for orders above SGD80 in a single order.
- When will I receive my order?
Upon payment verification, orders will ship out the next working day.
SingPost (Normal Mail): SingPost takes 4-15 working days to deliver
Qxpress: Qxpress takes 2-4 working days to deliver
- Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order only if you’ve opted for express shipping (Qxpress offers tracking services). Tracking services are not provided for SingPost Normal Mail.
- My item is defective. What do I do?
We apologise if a defective item was sent to you.

- I don’t like my item. Can I exchange it for another?
Postage charges will be borne by the customer. Please refer to our terms & conditions.
- Why are the measurements provided on the site different from my own measurements?
Measurements provided may vary depending on how you do the measurements. Black Hammer shoes are in EUR sizing. We recommend that you refer to our Size Guide Video to help you get the most accurate measurements possible.
- Why does the colour of my shoes different from the ones I see online?
Colours shown may vary on different screens because different devices have different screen settings and resolutions. Requests for refunds due to such reason will be rejected.
